This little gal was a custom order painted to match a color chip/card submitted buy the buyer. I think I still have the card somewhere and I’ll come back and update this when I find it. It was the first time I tried to color match something that wasn’t a photo and it was an interesting challenge!

Other than that, she’s a pretty simple little custom. There’s no shading to the coat, since the buyer requested a flat color and all of the detail work is unshaded as well. Even though she’s simple, I think she turned out pretty well.

The colors in the scans are closer to life than the photos (which is why I tried to do both on custom orders). Hopefully once I get my new lightbox sorted out I’ll be able to control the hue variations a bit better!
